What is an unsatisfactory item?
- Product in the wrong color i.e order red but we deliver blue
- Product with manufacturing defect.
- Wrong product that was not in order.
- Items cannot be worn or damages and it must be returned with tags still attached. Item must arrive in the original packaging provided.
- Sales/Clearance item are NOT returnable item.
- Dissatisfaction such as the jewellery doesn't look good on you (too small, too big, too short, too long etc) will NOT be entertained.
- Material and quality issues are NOT considered defects and are subjective.
- Defect does NOT include removable dirt.
How do I return my item?
Kindly email to [email protected] within 10 working days (within Malaysia) from the day you received your order.

Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 working days for further instructions.
While D'Styleo Handmade makes every attempt to ensure that the online boutique reflects the availability of stock. Sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock, we may contact you for replacement item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
